Daily workout

I've done this twice, always on Monday. It's a nice workout, takes me about 30 minutes, maybe less. I split up the jumping jacks and crunches, doing 50 jumping jacks at the beginning and the other 50 at the end of the workout, then 25 crunches at teh beginning and end of the workout. I always get pretty sweaty, which means I'm working hard, right? I'd love to be consistent and do every day of the week, but I have a hard time doing Tuesday through Friday. I had to look up YouTube videos to learn how to do some of the moves. But I do love the workout. I feel like it's a good toning working. I usually feel pretty sore the next day. Here's the rest of the week:
