Loved it! Easy to make, some ingredients came from food storage, a few I had to buy for the meal. The family loved it. They told me I could put it in the rotation.

Instead of half and half, I used whipping cream and instead of minced garlic, I used garlic powder and I left the capers out. I doubled the recipe on the pasta, but didn't double the lemon or the garlic. I was glad I didn't double the lemon because it was very lemony already (I think next time I'll cut the lemon juice in half.) But I should've used more garlic.
I also cooked the chicken on the stovetop with oil instead of on the grill because Scott wasn't home and I don't know how to work our BBQ grill.
