Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chili

I used cream cheese that had been frozen and so it didn't melt quite right. It says right on the package "do not freeze," but I didn't notice that until today. Oops.

The verdict is in, another thumbs up from Scott. It was very yummy. We thought we should've had tortillas on hand to eat with it and I'm sure will taste better with non-frozen and non-expired cream cheese hehehe, I didn't mention it was expired did I? Oh well, live and learn.
